Pastry Shop Lexington MA
Royal Pastry Shop was established in 1941 in East Cambridge, Massachusetts by Vincenzo and Ninetta Coppola. Vincenzo was born in Hamrun, Malta, but was of Sicilian descent. Vincenzo emigrated to the US in 1925, he worked at his uncle's Pastry Shop in Boston's north end before going to Cambridge to open his own business. His twin sons eventually took over the business and expanded the business by opening a second location in Historic Lexington, MA.
The business is still owned by the Coppola family and continue to use the same Italian recipes that Vincenzo used 70 years ago.
In 1941 the Pastry Shop was an old world Italian Pastry Shop, over the years to keep up with customer demands we expanded to bake traditional american pastries, pies, and cakes. Although our Italian rum cakes, cannoli, italian cookie, and ricotta pie remain many family favorites.
During the busy holiday times our product line expands, offering our customers an even larger selection of baked goods.
Our bakers work 7 days a week to ensure fresh products.
